Day 1: Journey to Glasgow & City Exploration
Start your coach journey from London at 6 a.m. The coach trip to Glasgow typically takes around 8-11 hours, including breaks.
You'll have a 45-minute service station break on the motorway for refreshments and to stretch your legs.
Arrive in Glasgow in the afternoon. Check into your hotel.
After settling in, head out for some sightseeing. Given the limited time, you can focus on the city center.
Day 1 Glasgow Highlights:
George Square: A central point in the city, surrounded by impressive Victorian architecture, including the Glasgow City Chambers.
Glasgow Cathedral and Necropolis: Visit the historic Glasgow Cathedral and the Victorian Necropolis, a cemetery with stunning views of the city.
Glasgow's street art trail: Explore the city's vibrant murals, a unique and colorful way to see the city.
Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum: If time permits, this is a fantastic museum with a vast collection, and it's free to enter.
Return to your hotel in Glasgow for the night.
Day 2: Day Trip to Edinburgh
In the morning, travel from Glasgow to Edinburgh. The coach journey between the two cities is frequent and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Spend the day exploring the capital city, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 2 Edinburgh Highlights:
The Royal Mile: Walk the historic street that connects Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
Edinburgh Castle: Perched on an extinct volcano, this is one of Scotland's most famous landmarks with breathtaking views of the city.
Calton Hill: Climb this hill for panoramic views of the city skyline, including the castle and the Royal Mile. It's also home to several monuments.
Victoria Street: A picturesque, curved street known for its colorful storefronts and its reputation as an inspiration for Diagon Alley in the Harry Potter series.
Late at night, return to your hotel in Glasgow.
Day 3: Return Journey to London
Start your morning with a final breakfast in Glasgow.
Begin your coach journey back to London, with a planned stop in the Lake District.
Take a break in the Lake District, a beautiful national park in England known for its stunning scenery.
Continue the journey, aiming to arrive back in London by 9 p.m.

What is typically included in a £199 tour:
Transportation: Return coach travel from London, with stops at a motorway service station.
Accommodation: Two nights of accommodation, likely in a 3-star hotel or guesthouse in or near Glasgow.
Breakfast: Breakfast is usually provided at the hotel on the two mornings you are in Scotland.

What is NOT typically included:
Meals: Lunch and dinner are generally not included. You will be responsible for purchasing these yourself.
Attraction Entrance Fees: While the tour will take you to popular sightseeing locations, the entrance fees for specific attractions like castles, museums, or other paid sites are usually not part of the base price. This would include places like:
Edinburgh Castle
Glasgow Cathedral
Loch Ness boat cruises
Other museums or paid tours
Optional Activities: Any extra activities or experiences offered, such as a Loch Ness cruise or a whisky distillery tour, would be an additional cost.
Gratuities: Tips for the coach driver or tour manager are not included.
Personal Expenses: Any personal spending, such as souvenirs, snacks, or drinks, is not covered.

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• A full deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Bookings made at least two weeks in advance are eligible for a 10% early-bird discount.
• Full payment must be received before the tour departure.
2. Cancellations by Client
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour: full refund of the total deposit.
• Deposits made one week before the tour: if cancelled for any reason, the amount will be refunded after deducting 10%, or can be transferred to the next planned trip to the same or a different location.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour: 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations within 14 days (without deposit conditions above): non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by Company
• If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date offered.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to extreme weather, natural hazards, or other safety concerns.
4. Travel Insurance
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.Insurance should cover personal accident, illness, loss of personal belongings, and cancellations.
5. Safety & Conduct
• Guests must follow all instructions from company staff and guides to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
• Unsafe behaviour or failure to comply with instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Company staff are trained in first aid and emergency procedures, and vehicles are equipped with safety kits.
6. Fitness & Accessibility
• Moderate walking and mobility are required on most tours.
• Guests must notify the company in advance of any mobility, health, or accessibility requirements.
• The company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs, but cannot guarantee full access to all locations.
7. Children & Dependents
• A responsible adult must accompany children at all times.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children during the tour.
8. Weather & Environmental Conditions
• Tours operate in most weather conditions.
• Itineraries may be adjusted for comfort and safety, including rerouting or modifying activities.
• The company is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by natural or environmental events.
9. Liability & Legal Compliance
• Participation in tours is at the guest’s own risk.
• The company accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage, except as required under UK law, including the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
• Guests are responsible for their belongings and valuables throughout the tour.
10. Staff Safety
• Guests must respect and cooperate with all company staff and guides to ensure the safety of both personnel and participants.
• Any aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward staff will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
• The company follows strict health and safety protocols, including vehicle maintenance, emergency procedures, and risk assessments for all activities.
11. Health & Infectious Diseases (including Covid-19)
• Guests must not attend the tour if experiencing symptoms of contagious illness.
• The company may implement additional health and safety measures in line with government guidance.
• Guests failing to comply with health protocols may be refused participation.
